Inside the app

Kit names, accessory counts, borrower nicknames, dates, notes, event history, original photos and appearance/schedule settings are stored locally in the app’s private storage. The app does not send these records to the developer. It has no accounts, analytics SDK, advertising, contacts access, tracking or developer-operated cloud sync.

Photos and camera

You may choose individual photos through the system picker or grant camera access when taking a condition photo. Manual notes remain usable without permission. Imported original bytes can contain embedded metadata; review what you share. Photos from a cloud provider may need its connection.

Exports, backup and deletion

Reports contain the fields and attachments you select. Backups contain all records and original photos. The system share sheet and Files destinations you choose have their own privacy practices. No recipient is chosen and no reminder is sent automatically. Device backups may include local app data depending on your Apple settings. You can delete loans, unused kits or all local data in the app. A prior good save supports recovery; delete-all removes that recovery file. A deletion undo remains in memory for up to 30 seconds and until another change or app termination. Exported copies are not remotely deleted.

Apple purchases

The app is a paid download with no in-app purchases. Apple processes payment and download/redownload information under its own policies. The developer does not receive your payment card details from this app.

Support and this website

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide. Avoid sending borrower details or personal photos unless needed. This static website has no analytics, forms or remote fonts added by the developer. Netlify hosts it and may process request details such as IP address, browser and access time to operate and secure hosting; its own policies apply. Hosting may add a free-plan badge.

This page will be updated if the app’s data practices change. The effective date identifies this version.
