Personal gear records.

Loaned Gear Register, by Xiayu Xu, is a personal recordkeeping tool for gear kits, handovers, accessory returns and condition observations.

Purchase and availability

A single paid App Store download includes all app features. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple displays the price applicable to your storefront and handles payment, refunds and redownloads under its terms. Release availability and supported operating systems are shown on the App Store.

Your records and responsibilities

Enter information you are entitled to record. Review counts, dates, report fields and recipients before relying on or sharing records. Keep portable backups. The developer does not operate a sync or recovery service and cannot retrieve local records from a lost or erased device.

Product boundaries

Photos and notes are personal observations, not verified evidence of liability, damage assessments, signatures or legal contracts. A write-off records an owner’s decision about a missing unit; it is not a payment, admission or legal finding. The app does not manage deposits, payments, debt collection, insurance or a lending marketplace. It never automatically sends reminders.
